Who Are We?

We started out as avid McFarlane sports Collectors.  We love sports and decided last year to share our passion and hobby with the rest of the sports figure collectors out there.  We have spent the last year on eBay.  Here we can offer better prices and less for shipping since we don't have to pay their fees.  Money we save, we can pay on to you our customers.

 

Where are we located?

We are about 40 miles west of downtown Chicago.  Sorry we don't have a store for customers to visit.  We just aren't that big yet.  We are still just a small business running out of our home.  We are hoping that in time we will be big enough to open a store.  We don't allow local pick-ups, but we will meet people locally if needed and for any large orders.

 

Why buy from us?

We are a small company with no overhead.  Our prices should be lower than those larger companies out there.  We ship priority mail thru the USPS 3 times a week.  You order will ship within 48 hours.

 

What we offer our customers?

We guarantee all of our figures to be as described.  If your not happy, we are not happy.  If the figure is not up to your standards we will gladly take it back for an exchange or refund.  We advise all of our customers to invest in insurance when ordering.  We pack items well, but can't be responsible to damage done by the USPS.  If you have a problem please and someone will get back to you right away.

 

Where do we ship and how much will it cost?

We ship worldwide.  We ship priority mail everywhere in the United States.  International, we ship first class international up to 4 pounds. It then automatically changes to international priority once it goes over 4 pounds.   

 

What forms of payment do we accept?

We prefer PayPal.  It's quick and easy.  It allows you to pay via existing PayPal funds, credit card or your checking account.  You don't have to have a PayPal account to make payment with it.  You can also email us your order and pay via personal check or money order.  Payment made by money order will ship within 48 of payment received.  Payment made by personal check will not ship for 7 days after payment is received in order for the check to clear our bank.

 

What if we don't have what your looking for?

We will try and find what you are looking for.  We have many suppliers and contacts.  We will get back to you within 48 hours.  Please email us your want list and we will try our best to find it for you.  You will hear back from us either way.
